It feels like I have been running and can t catch my breath and huffing and puffing, I have been in the hospital and they have run test on my heart and lungs but could not find out why. I am diabetic, have arthritis, and nephropathy. I sweat a lot and have no energy.

Hello, Thanks for the query. I have gone through the details mentioned.
Since all the tests for checking heart and lung functions have shown no abnormality, then one needs to look at how good is blood glucose control. If you are diabetic and on appropriate medication then fasting blood glucose should be <100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg and HbA1c<6.8. If these values are achieved and maintained, then invariably the diabetic person remains as fit as a normal healthy person. So please ensure that your blood glucose is maintained as mentioned. Arthritis or nephropathy may not make you feel so tired or drained of energy. So please look at your blood glucose control Thanks
